“The light is alive, and malicious, and vast, and encroaching. It buzzes and shines, and everything about it hurts those that are close to it, and destroys those who are within it . . . It is a Smiling God of terrible power and ceaseless appetite.”
When: Saturday, April 4, 2026, 1:00 PM HST
Where: Perry Hill Trailhead, 299 River Road Waterbury, VT, 05676
Hares: Borscht Canal and Rebel’s Cum
What to bring: $6.9 hash cash, traditional egg yolk yellow clothing, magnifying lenses, sunglasses, theological questions, mystical philosophies
Our most devout of Tramps, the righteous Borscht Canal and the pious Rebel’s Cum, request our attendance to their latest and most reverent experience: a trail of discovery through the sacred groves of Waterbury. Bask is the surmounting beauty of warm, Eastertide light that cascades down upon our humble group. Join us as we raise our voices and eyes towards the sky to both panegyrize and cower at the voracious might of a Smiling God.
Our pilgrimage will last roughly 5 terrestrial miles upon this earth’s winding trails through deep thickets and slipper, frozen pathways. Traction is suggested and four legged creatures are not allowed. Wear your traditional egg yolk yellow vestments for greater glory.
Praise that all will be bathed in its glowing, scorching light. 🙌
